7 Day Sugar Detox
Sugar is addictive and we know consuming too much sugar can contribute to many health conditions such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease, aches and pains. It can also perpetuate symptoms of anxiety.
When we eat sugar, our body's blood sugar rises. We get an instant rush of satisfaction (aka a "sugar high"), but our body also releases insulin to try and get our blood sugar to come back down. That leads directly to fat storage, and then to weight gain.
We know it's not good for us, the studies are piled high with the information and proof.

It's totally possible to detox our bodies from this addiction to sugar, there are other ways we can treat ourselves without reaching for the sugary treats.
There is so much information and scripts from many practitioners regarding diet and the role it plays in our lives and there are so many of us on a healing journey without realising the importance that our eating habits have on our wellbeing both mental and physical.

These scripts can sometimes not be very helpful
When you are not feeling great, have a chronic or unexplained health condition there are plenty of foods that our bodies shouldn't be consuming until we are better.

It's a plan that I have used myself during my own life transformation journey which took me from a size 22-24 to a size 16. Although this isn't a weight loss guide, curbing your reliance on sugar will naturally help you loose weight if that's what you also wanted to do.
