I know that your main issue is not the actual problem and I work to help you uncover what that problem actually is and my aim is to empower you with the tools to help you love a stress free and fulfilled life

In your session I use CBT, asking you a series of questions and giving you the space to answer and tell me what is going on, this will help me to uncover the root cause of your anxiety, stress and low moods, once we have worked out what you are struggling with, we will work together using the evidence based 5 Ways to Wellbeing framework (which is endorsed by the NHS) and some stress relief/selfcare/breathing exercises and more, to put a plan of action together to help you tackle and over come your struggles and homework you to do to help yourself further. Everything that we put on the plan, will be suitable for you, where you are at now and I will NOT, I promise you, make you do anything that you don't want to do.

Some of the issues that my clients struggle with as a result of their stressors include housework, life admin, parenting, disordered eating, low confidence, lack of self esteem, lack of self accountability, weight gain and other physical ailments with most of them just absolutely stressed out about life and cannot get on top of things.

From my own personal struggles having 3 children with genetic complexities and suffering from overwhelm, my life was a mess for YEARS - I know exactly how difficult life can be.

Once your session is finished I will email you session notes as well as worksheets, book recommendations and any relevant resources that will help you move forward. I will also include a list of suggested remedies and supplements.

Sometimes only ONE session is needed to help you get back on track, however if you need more sessions this can be arranged in 4/6/8 week blocks with discounts added

With each session booked, you will be able to download some free resources to help you in the moment - this includes planning sheets, checklists, motivational prints and phone wallpapers

Samantha

Mum to a young girl and boy, she struggling with low moods, weight gain and had become overwhelmed with day to day life. Straight away, I was able to identify the root cause of her struggles and we worked together for 4 weeks, particularly on her low moods and low confidence which caused her extreme anxiety and affected many other aspects of her life. I supported her with working out new family routines for morning and night, meal planning and encouragement to start the local gym and gave her a list of stress releasing activities that were suitable for her situation.

Completely overwhelmed by parenting. She was lost and felt like she was always chasing her tail. By working through her main problem which was overwhelm due to clutter and her saying 'I just don't know where to start with it all'. Over a series of sessions and her completing her homework tasks, which wasn't difficult but fitted around the children, she was able to start feeling mentally clearer and was able to get back on top other things in her life which had become too much for her to manage. Our last session was focused on stress release and putting together a self care toolkit for her to utilise in her new fresh space to help her recharge her batteries.
